How Life Works is a great read all about the law of attraction. It focuses on scientific evidence but it is not in your face about it. Good book to read in small chunks at a time.

Wherever You Go, There You Are

Written by Jon Kabat-Zinn himself, this is a fantastic introduction to what mindfulness is and how to practice mindfulness in your own life. Broken up into short, readable chapters, the book is a great "how to" guide.

Weighted Blanket

Weighted blankets are proven effective for helping to calm anxiety. Not only that, but they're cozy and comfortable. I personally get hot, so I like this version that is cooling!

Getting Past Your Past

Written by Francine Shapiro, the creator of EMDR therapy (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This book is designed to help anyone (therapist, client, someone experiencing trauma, a loved one of someone with trauma, etc) understand EMDR techniques, theories, and tips. ***This is an intense read.
