I am so excited because this is my first ever published product!!
When I journal, I like to have prompt questions, but I also like to really focus on my goals…am I progressing? Am I happy with the goals I’m working towards? Do I need to change anything?

The goal of this journal was to incorporate all of that! It includes 52 undated weeks and every 4 weeks there is a check in to see how you’re doing. Each week asks about weekly goals and the focus of the week. Hopefully this can help keep you on track moving forward!
